Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, λίγο πιο πάνω από τον κεντρικό δρόμο με τα μαγαζιά. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος και μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, με ωραίο μπαλκονάκι και γενικά ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος. Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ όμορφα διαμορφωμένο διαμέρισμα!! Νιώσαμε απευθείας οικεία!! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο για να εξερευνήσουμε το Ξυλόκαστρο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία.

Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Αρκετά καλό το μέγεθος του χώρου και πολύ καθαρό. Μας έκανε εντύπωση ότι το ψυγείο είχε υλικά για τοστ και διάφορα φρούτα μέσα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία.

The minimalistic tone and the beautiful furniture enlarge this notion while the really big windows gave us an open air perspective. Additionally we took advantage of the great balcony as to have some drinks at night enjoying the breeze and peacefulness(despite the fact that the appartment is located in the center of village's activities). The appartment is well equipped with all sort of household goods as to serve all needs of a big family or a group of friends. All rooms and surfaces were clean and safe of our children. Due to the apartment's location we could easily cover almost every need we had on necessities. A great Bakery and a Pharmacy(drugstore) is situated in the ground floor as also a grocery store in the next corner. Supermarkets are in a range of few meters up to 0,5 km tops. We were able to enjoy swimming either at the near beach just 5 minutes from us(on foot), or at numerous beaches around or near Akrata(e.g. Pounta beach). Last but not least, Georgia and Aristotelis are great hosts and they really made our life easier by giving us tips of finding solutions anytime we needed them. The apartment is decorated in old fashion style, with fine unique touches. It was very clean and the provided necessities, such the air con in living room and bedroom, makes the apartment a great choice for a short stay. It is nicely located and the beach is across the street. The communication with the landlords was easy and efficient, providing and additional quality to our pleasant stay.

Staying at this place was a pleasure. We came to spend a few days away from the city. The location is very calm and the sea is a short walking distance(literary across the street). The sea is clean and worth it. The flat is less than 10 minutes by car to Xylokastro if you would like to go there. But there are also good couple of tavernas close by for eating, a bakery, a mini-market and also some delivery available if needed. In terms of the host, Lampis was very cooperative, helpful and flexible. The flat has all what you would need to ensure a good comfortable stay including good storage area, so everyone gets to unpack! Aristotelis was very helpful in providing tips about the area and both of them were checking if anything is needed and responded immediately. I would recommend Lampis place for those who are seeking a simple comfortable getaway.
